I recently bought a road bike and needed it fairly quickly for an upcoming ride. Brandon was awesome and answered all my questions and accommodated my timeframe perfectly. He compared two different bike sizes for me and made sure the bike fit perfectly. I had everything I needed just in time and I had the best 25 mile ride! It was amazing to feel the difference on a bike sized perfectly. Can't say enough about the help I received from Brandon and I love my new bike! Thank you!! Will be back to get my husband a new bike too.
Went there twice for a replacement tube on the front... then the back tire. TWO DIFFERENT PRICES!! Sadly I had to return cause they didn't have the needed supplies on the first go around. They people working there were very nice... but I am surprised how out rageously priced they were with little consistency. Sad this was all in order to refurbish a donated bike to promote school attendance.
If you want to assemble your own bicycle, you should visit this shop. They have good technical people who can help you and give you proper advice.
Bought a new $2,500 Specialized as a gift for a family member who rode it once, and due to either a faulty part or an error when they put it together, one of the pedals and crank got majorly stripped. Took it back in, and they ordered the part, but that took forever and they never gave us updates so we were the ones who had to call to find out what was happening. They should have overnighted it, or at the very least kept us informed about when we'd get it back. There are some nice people there, but once they have your money, you're left wondering where the nice guys went.
